Here are the most common questions that we receive.

1.  Why learn English?
A.  Learning English is a current necessity to acquire a good position in a company in Japan. Active TOEIC test scores and English abilities enable the employers to promote their staff.

2.  Why learn at your school?
A.  We provide an extra ability to learn in a friendly atmosphere and in a fun and energized way. We develop our own curriculum and in house staff relate to the students on a personal basis.

3.  Are there any EXTRA costs?
A.  NO! There are no joining fees or monthly hidden cost to the students at Just English schools. You only pay for the classes that you use.

4.  What if I need to change my class times or have to cancel a class due to illness or work?
A.  As long as the student�s call ahead of time to inform us of the change in their schedule its fine. We will try to arrange a makeup lesson around the students schedule at no extra charge.

5.  What makes your school different than other eikaiwa schools?
A.  We provide steady teaching staff with fun and exciting classes to keep the students interest high. Also we have a free online educational resource for all students to study for free and practice their English skills in our interactive website.

6.  What do I do if I forget my password?
A.  Contact us and we will re-issue you with a new password.
